Customers are requested to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. If a product is received in a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete condition, the customer should notify us within a reasonable period and provide the necessary details along with photographs or other supporting evidence to facilitate the review process.

Products may be eligible for return or replacement if they were delivered in a damaged condition, if the wrong item was supplied, or if the product received is materially different from the order placed. Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery due to improper handling are generally not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Once a return or refund request is received, Inicio Organic will review the information provided and determine whether the request qualifies under this policy. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund through the original payment method or another suitable method at our discretion. The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded except where required under applicable law or specifically approved by Inicio Organic. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, or other applicable fees may not be refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part.

Inicio Organic reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not satisfy the conditions set out in this policy or where misuse, fraudulent activity, or unreasonable claims are suspected.
